We are seeking a high-energy, detail oriented individual to provide support to our accounting department. We need the right individual that can keep up and stay on top of our bookkeeping needs.

The right person to join our small, local, growing company will be self-motivated, organized and can take initiative.
Excellent with Quickbooks Pro and Microsoft Office.
Invoicing (data entry), collections, communicating with clients and being a team player.
Must have strong phone skills and a positive attitude.

40 hours a week. Monday- Friday 8:00am -4:30pm
Requirements:
*Must have a minimum of 3+ years of verifiable experience .
* Possess an excellent working knowledge of Quickbooks Pro
* Must be proficient with Microsoft (MS) Excel, MS Outlook and MS Word.
* Must have excellent and efficient organizational skills for the voluminous amount of paperwork.
* Must possess the ability to work independently without direct supervision at all times.
* Must be very detail oriented with a strong work ethic and be able to multitask.
* Must live with-in a 15 mile radius to Willow Grove, Pa.
* Must have excellent communication skills.
* Possess an excellent working knowledge of Quickbooks Pro

Entering and maintaining accurate financial records for office (daily data entry).
Create and analyze financial reports, assist with budgeting when requested
Daily/Weekly/Monthly Invoicing
Vendor Invoices
Paying and tracking bills and project expenses
Record keeping: maintain organized vendor and employee files. Must maintain strict confidentiality of company records and proprietary information.
Performing Bank Account and Credit Card Reconciliation.
Preparing 1099(s)
Calculating and filing Sales Tax.
Participate in creating new processes to improve the financial department.
Be able to problem solve within Quickbooks Pro version and online.
